TERMS OF USE

1 The REVO Network

The REVO Network is a multi-vertical business platform designed to connect individuals, businesses, associates, affiliates, customers, products, services, technologies, and independent service providers.

REVO may provide access to multiple business verticals through one network and technology platform.

Individual products and services may be provided directly by REVO, by a REVO-affiliated entity, or by an independent third-party provider.

Availability of particular products, services, compensation programs, technologies, or verticals may change over time.

2 Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use services requiring contractual consent.

Certain REVO programs, business opportunities, compensation programs, products, or services may require participants to be at least 18 years old.

By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet any eligibility requirements applicable to your account or participation.

3 Account Registration

Certain features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep account information updated
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and credentials
• Not permit unauthorized persons to access your account
• Notify REVO promptly of suspected unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law

REVO may suspend or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

4 Founding, Membership, Platform, or Access Fees

Certain REVO programs may require a founding, membership, subscription, technology, platform, training, or access fee.

The applicable fee and the products, tools, technology, training, benefits, or access associated with that fee will be disclosed at the time of enrollment or purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment of a fee does not guarantee:

• Income
• Commissions
• Leads
• Customers
• Sales
• Business success
• Return on investment
• Territory exclusivity
• Employment
• Ownership or equity in The REVO Network

Any applicable refund policy will be disclosed during enrollment or purchase.

5 Independent Associates & Affiliates

Participation in a REVO affiliate, associate, referral, or representative program does not automatically create an employer-employee relationship.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, associates and affiliates operate as independent participants and are responsible for their own activities, expenses, taxes, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations.

Nothing contained on the Platform should be interpreted as creating a partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or employment relationship merely because someone participates in a REVO referral or affiliate program.

Separate affiliate or independent-contractor agreements may apply and will control where they conflict with these general Terms.

6 Compensation & Commissions

REVO may offer commissions, referral compensation, overrides, bonuses, incentives, or other forms of compensation under specific programs.

Compensation is governed by the applicable compensation plan, affiliate agreement, program terms, and transaction requirements in effect at the relevant time.

Eligibility for compensation may depend upon factors including:

• Valid customer transactions
• Completed services
• Payment collection
• Refund periods
• Cancellations
• Chargebacks
• Proper referral attribution
• Compliance with REVO policies
• Requirements established for a particular vertical

REVO may correct administrative or calculation errors.

Fraudulent, manipulated, self-generated, duplicated, canceled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible transactions may not qualify for compensation.

7 No Income Guarantee

REVO does not guarantee that any associate, affiliate, representative, or participant will earn money.

Any examples of commissions, earnings, sales, team production, customer volume, or business results are illustrations unless specifically identified as verified historical results.

Individual results depend on numerous factors and will vary.

Participants should not represent potential earnings as guaranteed, typical, automatic, passive, or risk-free unless REVO has expressly authorized that representation and it is supported by appropriate evidence.

8 Referral Links & QR Codes

REVO may provide associates or affiliates with unique:

• Referral links
• QR codes
• Tracking codes
• Promotional links
• Landing pages
• Digital identifiers

These technologies may be used to identify the source of a lead, registration, customer, transaction, or other activity.

Referral attribution will be determined by REVO's applicable tracking systems and program rules.

Users may not manipulate, interfere with, falsify, or circumvent REVO's referral-tracking technology.

9 Multiple Business Verticals

The REVO Network may provide access to multiple products, services, industries, and business verticals.

Different verticals may have separate:

• Terms
• Pricing
• Compensation structures
• Providers
• Licenses
• Regulations
• Eligibility requirements
• Disclosures
• Warranties
• Contracts

Participation in one REVO vertical does not automatically create rights in another.

Where vertical-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable vertical-specific agreement will govern the relevant transaction.

10 Third-Party Service Providers

Certain products or services available through REVO may be fulfilled by independent third parties.

These may include contractors, professional service providers, technology companies, product suppliers, payment processors, marketing companies, healthcare or wellness providers, construction companies, consultants, or other independent businesses.

The identity of the actual contracting or service-providing entity should be disclosed where appropriate.

Independent providers are responsible for their own professional services, licenses, warranties, representations, and legal obligations.

11 Artificial Intelligence & Automated Tools

REVO may provide artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, image analysis, assessments, content-generation systems, and other technology tools.

AI-generated output is provided for informational and operational purposes and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

Users should independently verify important information before relying upon AI-generated output.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, AI-generated content does not constitute:

• Legal advice
• Medical advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Engineering advice
• Architectural advice
• Insurance advice
• Professional roofing or construction certification
• A licensed property inspection
• A guarantee of property condition

For example, an AI-generated analysis of photographs or video of a roof or property may identify potential concerns, but it does not replace an appropriate physical inspection by a qualified professional when one is required.

12 User Uploads

The Platform may permit users to upload photographs, videos, documents, text, property information, marketing materials, or other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to REVO, you grant REVO a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, analyze, modify, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the requested Platform functionality and operate the applicable service.

You represent that you have the legal right to submit the content.

You may not upload material that:

• Violates another person's intellectual-property rights
• Violates privacy rights
• Contains unlawful material
• Contains malicious software
• Was obtained unlawfully
• You do not have authority to submit

13 REVO Intellectual Property

The Platform and its proprietary materials may include:

• Software
• AI workflows
• Assessments
• Training
• Business systems
• Compensation-plan materials
• Videos
• Graphics
• Logos
• Designs
• Copy
• Marketing materials
• Reports
• Templates
• Databases
• Processes
• Technology
• Branding

These materials are owned by or licensed to REVO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

REVO may grant authorized associates limited permission to use approved marketing materials for legitimate REVO business purposes.

This permission does not transfer ownership.

14 REVO Brand Usage

Associates may use REVO trademarks, logos, graphics, marketing materials, and approved content only as authorized by REVO.

Associates may not:

• Alter REVO branding in a misleading manner
• Create unauthorized websites appearing to be official REVO websites
• Register confusingly similar trademarks or domains
• Claim ownership of REVO intellectual property
• Create unauthorized compensation claims
• Create unauthorized product or performance claims
• Represent themselves as corporate employees unless they actually are employees

REVO may require removal or correction of unauthorized marketing materials.

15 Marketing & Social Media

REVO may provide associates with approved social-media content, marketing materials, AI-generated content, templates, scripts, images, videos, and promotional tools.

Associates remain responsible for ensuring that their use of those materials complies with applicable law and REVO policies.

Users may not knowingly make false or misleading statements concerning REVO, its products, services, compensation opportunities, business partners, or providers.

Required disclosures concerning affiliate relationships, compensation, testimonials, or sponsored content must be used when applicable.

16 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the Platform to:

• Commit fraud
• Provide intentionally false information
• Impersonate another person
• Manipulate commissions or referral tracking
• Create fraudulent accounts, leads, customers, or transactions
• Circumvent Platform security
• Attempt unauthorized access to REVO systems
• Scrape or systematically extract Platform information without authorization
• Upload malware or harmful software
• Harass other users
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Abuse REVO communication systems
• Misrepresent affiliation with REVO
• Use REVO systems for unauthorized spam or mass solicitation

REVO may investigate suspected violations.

17 Communications

By providing contact information, you agree that REVO may communicate with you regarding your account, purchases, requested services, referrals, appointments, transactions, security matters, and other operational matters.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent requirements and REVO's Privacy Policy.

Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services where applicable law requires such treatment.

18 Health & Wellness Information

Certain REVO verticals may involve health, wellness, nutritional, or related products or services.

Information available through those verticals is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease unless specifically authorized and represented by an appropriately licensed provider in accordance with applicable law.

Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, medications, treatment decisions, or significant health concerns.

Products or services offered through third-party health or wellness providers may be subject to additional terms, privacy notices, informed-consent requirements, or other disclosures.

19 Roofing, Construction & Property Services

REVO may facilitate connections involving roofing, construction, property inspections, maintenance, repairs, design, or related services.

Actual construction or professional services may be performed by appropriately licensed or authorized entities as required by applicable law.

Photographs, videos, remote assessments, estimates, or AI analyses do not necessarily reveal all property conditions.

Final scopes, pricing, contracts, warranties, and construction obligations are governed by the agreement with the applicable service provider.

20 Payments, Refunds & Chargebacks

Prices and payment terms will be disclosed in connection with the applicable purchase.

Refund rights may vary by product, service, vertical, or program.

Users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

21 Taxes

Associates, affiliates, independent contractors, and business participants are responsible for determining and paying taxes arising from their compensation or business activities.

REVO may collect tax information and issue required tax documentation where applicable.

REVO does not provide individual tax advice.

22 Privacy

REVO's collection and use of personal information are described in the REVO Network Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

23 Platform Availability

REVO works to maintain reliable Platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Internet failures
• Third-party outages
• Cybersecurity events
• Software errors
• Events outside REVO's reasonable control

REVO may modify, update, replace, or discontinue Platform functionality when reasonably necessary.

24 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

REVO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY USER'S PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

25 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

ANY LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

26 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless REVO and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your:

• Material violation of these Terms
• Unlawful use of the Platform
• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized representations
• Infringement of third-party rights

This provision does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

27 Suspension or Termination

REVO may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful conduct, misuse of the Platform, security threats, or other circumstances reasonably requiring protective action.

Termination of Platform access does not automatically eliminate payment obligations or other obligations arising before termination.

Treatment of earned or pending commissions following termination will be governed by the applicable compensation plan or affiliate agreement and applicable law.

28 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to these Terms should first be submitted to REVO in writing so the parties have a reasonable opportunity to attempt informal resolution.

Any arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, governing-law provision, or required dispute venue should be contained in the applicable REVO agreement and presented in a manner sufficient to create enforceable consent under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

29 Governing Law

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, these Terms will be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state identified in REVO's applicable contracting documents, without improperly restricting rights provided by the laws of another jurisdiction.

30 Changes to These Terms

REVO may update these Terms as the Platform, technologies, business verticals, compensation programs, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will identify its effective or last-updated date.

When required by law, REVO will provide additional notice or obtain additional consent before material changes become effective.

31 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law.

32 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable enrollment agreement, affiliate agreement, compensation plan, purchase agreement, vertical-specific terms, and other agreements accepted by the user, constitute the applicable agreement between the parties regarding the relevant services.
